It is with great enthusiasm that we welcome you to the 18th Food Chemistry Meeting – XVIII EQA 26 – which will take place from October 14 to 16, 2026, in the historic city of Coimbra, a place where the past and the future meet, offering an inspiring setting for scientific exploration and interdisciplinary collaboration.
The 18th EQA 26 is an initiative of the Food Chemistry Division of the Portuguese Chemical Society (SPQ), with the aim of fostering connections among professionals working in various areas of food systems research and development.
