This is yet another event included in the CEF’s 50th-anniversary program, and the date on which it takes place holds special symbolic significance: June 1 is National Cork Oak and Cork Day, which honors the cork oak as the National Tree.
Part of the “From Research to Application” series, this seminar brings together researchers, experts, and industry professionals to discuss recent scientific findings and their practical application in the management of cork oak forests—one of the most important agroforestry systems in southern Europe.
New: Since the seminar coincides with Children’s Day, participants will receive plants from the ISA nurseries.
