Professor Teresa Ferreira, coordinator of the TERRA Associate Laboratory, is one of the signatories of an opinion article published in Público, highlighting the need to reprogram the “Plano de Recuperação e Resiliência” (PRR) for the benefit of science and innovation in Portugal.
